Down 10 inches and 5 lbs! In a week

Yep thats my totals since last week :) And its been a fighting challenge each day for each pound and inch.

Just wanted to share my small victory for you guys :)

  2. Ok Steph, I have what I feel is important personal info that I have to share and I know if I even try to talk to someone in my house it wont be a big deal to them but it is a big deal to me. I have come to the realization that I expect too much from myself. I have decided that instead of geting upset on a daily basis if I dont lose 1 pound a day that I need to be more realistic! I have Multiple Sclerosis and a lot of the medication I take makes it VERY hard to lose weight. Not to mention the everyday aches , pains and lack of energy that comes along with the wonderful world of MS. So that makes it hard for me to stick to a set schedule to work out and how hard I can and or should push myself!! As long as Im not gaining weight Im not going to complain. Since the start of my weight loss journey I have lost 20 pounds! Now here comes my moment of truth..... I promise myself and everyone else that I will not give up until my goal weight is reached and once it is I promise to maintain!!! But like I said before Im expecting too much from myself. Sooooo.... Here it is ..... I am going to look at it a different way... Im going to make small goals for myself that are easier to obtain. That way there is less disappointment in myself. Starting today May 24th 2012, I am making my goal to lose between 7 to 10 pounds a month. That put me at the end of Sept or Mid Oct 2012 to reach my goal. And Im not going to punish myself for the occasional slip up with my sweet tooth. Ok I got it off my chest and put out there. Thanks for being an inspiration to us all Stephanie Masters!!!!! I frickin love ya lady!!!!!

  3. Whoot whoot!!!! I have been able to do my Ab Circle Pro for 3 days in a row.!!!! Im so proud of myself..... I know to most ... 3 days is not a big deal ... but to me its HUGE!! Just hope my body continues to let me do my ACP ... I wouold like to do it at least 5 times a week!!!!! Hope everyone has a great Holiday weekend. And please remember why we have Monday off!! God Bless America!!!!
